So after much thought and planning our away day team inspiration event on the 12th September went without hitch….well almost…getting 15 people down to Bournemouth proved tricker than we had thought. We started a little later in the day but managed to squeeze a fun fuelled packed day in with the Research Team. The pictures prove testament to this. We had planned a day that involved quite a lot of paint, a bit of chat, and some engaging exercises to help fuel the debate and engage the thinking matter on themes such as growth, change, commitments and the future. The team did really well and the art work speaks for itself.
