Here are some brief details of teams we have worked with in the past in this way:

Adidas

Senior Managers across the world came together for an Executive Development Program in Beijing as part of a Global Conference.

The Conference ran for three days and during that time there were key Plenary Sessions interspersed with key focus Training Sessions

The training sessions were principally focused on dealing with change within the organisation but most specifically looking at how to manage different levels of expectation across the business.

We helped model and rehearse some of these scenarios and shared the most revealing insightful discoveries made with the whole conference audience at the end of the process.

Specsavers

In this program of work, we partnered with a Management Consultancy (Veran Performance) on a program of Credible Activism. A process that allowed the business partners to actively demonstrate building personal trust through performed and practised business acumen.

Capturing this over a program of work required real-life scenarios so that behaviour could be tested, challenged and observed.

The ambition was to streamline behaviours so that business partners were supported in communicating with one another clearly, consistently and with integrity.

Through the facilitation and our scenario plays we looked at Strategic Positioning, Building Capability and Championing Change. This also covered work around Assertiveness.

Kantar

We supplied actor facilitators for a program of training run by coaches working within the Kantar business.

The program ran sessions looking at Active Listening, Suspending Agendas and knowing Where and When to be Assertive in response to potential Conflict Scenarios.

Tradesecrets supplied a team of actors to help deliver the role-playing sessions of this training course which ran over three days.
