Senior Managers across the world came together for an Executive Development Program in Beijing as part of a Global Conference.
The Conference ran for three days and during that time there were key Plenary Sessions interspersed with key focus Training Sessions
The training sessions were principally focused on dealing with change within the organisation but most specifically looking at how to manage different levels of expectation across the business.
